Charles White a native of Lake
Charles, LA, has heard the call of God on his life since his early childhood. He is the third of six children who were all
raised to Honor the Lord in a Holy Lifestyle. In 1995, he harkened to the call on his life to pursue preaching God’s
word. He is very passionate about People and their purpose. Anybody that knows Charles, knows that he values relationships
and is always concerned about the welfare of the people surrounding him. Full of Wisdom beyond his years, he is always giving
an encouraging word of hope to all who meet him. Charles has been involved heavily in the ministry of Music. Serving in several
churches as Music Director/ Minister of Music in the Houston Area. Leaving Houston, TX in 2002, he and his lovely wife moved
to Dallas, TX to study at Potter’s House School of Ministry under the direction of Bishop T. D. Jakes. Upon Completion
of his studies, he knew God was calling him back to Houston to start a ministry. Many of his peers, relatives as well as fellow
Ministers in the Gospel recognized the calling upon his life to pastor. Answering the call of God on his life, Destiny Church
is being Birth.

Tiffany White a native of
Beaumont, TX started in the Music Ministry from an early Childhood. From Directing Mass Choirs from The Louisiana Border to
the state of Texas, singing with numerous groups, leading music workshops and teaching vocal and piano lessons, she has left
her mark in the music ministry. Tiffany remarks " My life is centered around God and Worship...I live to Worship...and I literally
Worship to live ." She is currently working on a Worship CD Project. She is not only known for leading people into the
Presence of God but also into their purpose. In 2003, Tiffany began a ministry called Living In Purpose. She has a passion
for helping people find their place in the world. Whoever comes in contact with Tiffany is in for a life changing encounter.
Staying by her husband’s side, she is helping in the launch of Destiny Church.
Pastor Charles and Tiffany has
one daughter named Chrystian White and they are excitingly awaiting the arrival of their newest addition to be born in
July.

Paul and Delia met in Houston while
attending college, married and entered immediately into ministry. Together, they have traveled broadly, networking in a many Christian
circles. They planted and pastored a church in Salt Lake City, Utah where Paul also served as chaplain at Ft. Douglas.
The Russells then responded to a call from Abundant Life Church in St. Louis, Missouri and served as senior pastor for fourteen
years.
While there, they were instrumental
in helping establish a coalition of city-wide ministries called Mission Metro St. Louis and served on the St. Louis Billy
Graham Crusade executive team. Paul was elected chairman of Global Network of Christian Ministries and served in that
position for six years.
During the four years prior to moving to northwest Houston in 2005, the Russells served
on staff at the 6000 member Christ Church in Nashville, Tennessee; he as an associate
pastor on the preaching/teaching team, Delia as manager of the pastoral ministries team. Paul and Delia are excited to bring their experience and energy to invest in God's work by
overseeing the church plant of Destiny Church.

Ministers Jeremy and Catherine
Teague are an awesome anointed couple serving in Destiny church. Working closely with Pastor Charles and Tiffany in
the music ministry for over 15 years, Jeremy serves in the music ministry for Destiny. Jeremy plays keyboard and serves
as Destiny Music Director.
Though Music plays a vital important role, Jeremy helps out in other areas as well. Jeremy, a student
of the word, teaches and ministers the word of God on some Sunday Services.

Every child lights up upon meeting
this gracious woman of God, Barbara Moore! Barabara is the children Director for Destiny Church's children
ministry "Arrowzone". She teaches and prepares weekly activities for our children. Not all of her work is done
on Sunday afternoon though. She is always busy planning outside activities for our kids and parents to enjoy.
She has a love for kids that compells them to come each week
without fail. She is also a Cheif director for all of our children ministry fundraisers. Because of
her friendly nature she has had the opportunity to network with many organizations to help raise money for kids to go
to Kids Across America Camp. Barbara is also instrumental and plays a very important role in the "Ladies of
Destiny" women ministry.

Sam and Janice along with their two teenage daughters, Samantha and Andrea
have a long outstanding history of working in ministry. The entire family can be found working on Sundays setting up
and taking down equipment, ushering, teaching or helping with hospitality. Sam and Janice
both have indepth leadership experience. Sam has a Bachelors Degree in business management and currently manages
a nationally known franchise business. Serving within the Houston community as a "Culineray Chef" Janice
owns Anointed Hands Catering service. Sam and Janice bring tremedous depth to our
ministry team from both a financial and spiritual leadership perspective. They also serves on our ministry
advisory council. Samantha and Andrea serve in our children's ministry "Arrow Zone" as teachers.
